TOYOPEARL Phenyl FT-750F is a hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) resin designed specifically for flow-through (FT) processing of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). It addresses several traditional HIC challenges, including avoiding high salt concentrations in the process and allowing much higher levels of mAb to be loaded onto the column compared to bind and elute mode.
