High resolution SEC columns and high sensitivity MALS detector 

Characterizing biomolecules can be challenging when sample components are related and thus similar or when analysis of the native molecule is required. The combination of UHPLC size exclusion with multi-angle light scattering analyzes biomolecules such as antibodies, mAb fragments, proteins, nucleic acids and delivery particles in a native state and provides size and molecular weight of sample components. The high resolution of TSKgel® UP-SW columns reliably separates sample components while the LenS3™ MALS detector reveals these even at the lowest concentrations and determines their size and weight.
