Deutschlandstipendium

Deutschlandstipendium

The German higher education landscape offers unique conditions worldwide for committed and talented students, which is underlined by the example of the Deutschlandstipendium.

The Deutschlandstipendium was launched in 2011 on the initiative of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. It is the largest public-private joint project in the field of education that has ever existed in Germany.

We, Tosoh Bioscience have been involved as a sponsor since 2017, supporting students at four universities in Germany (Biberach University of Applied Sciences, Darmstadt University of Technology, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg) in the fields of biotechnology/bioengineering/bio-process engineering.

The Deutschlandstipendium is aimed at students who, in addition to their scientific talent, distinguish themselves through a high level of social commitment or have been able to overcome biographical obstacles in their curriculum vitae.
