Ion EXChange CHROMATOGRAPHY
Ion exchange chromatography (IEC) is one of the most
frequently used chromatographic modes in the separation
and purification of biomolecules. It is a non-denaturing
technique that is used for analysis and at all stages and
scales of purification: from micro scale purification to in-
dustrial scale downstream processing.
Tosoh Bioscience offers analytical and semi preparative
ion exchange HPLC columns as well as ion exchange resins
for large scale biopurification.
TSKgel HPLC columns are packed with silica or polymer
based porous or nonporous beads. They are well suited
for a broad range of applications in R&D, quality control or
reaction monitoring.
