Highly cross-linked polymethacrylate base material of TSKgel Octadecyl-4PW provides excellent stability in high pH buffer systems and can withstand rigorous cleaning with either acid or base. The 500 Å pore allows for anaylsis of proteins up to 200 kDa while the particle size offerings allow for analytical, semi-preparative and preparative scale separations.
