Highly cross-linked polymethacrylate base material of TSKgel Octadecyl-2PW provides excellent stability in high pH buffer systems and can withstand rigorous cleaning with either acid or base. The 125 Å pores allow for anaylsis of peptides up to 8,000 Da. Columns packed with larger particle sizes are available for semi-preparative scale separations.
