TSKgel BioAssist S columns are PEEK columns packed with porous hydrophilic polymer beads which are surface modified with a strong cation exchanger. The resin's large pores are very accessible even for high molecular weight proteins. This leads to higher chromatographic efficiency and binding capacity for purification.
