Business Development Manager Process UK, Ireland & Nordic Countries |

In order to reinforce our Sales and Marketing Team at Tosoh Separations, we are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager Process based in the UK.
You will be responsible for the sales of Process Products and the coordination of distributors in your defined area.
This will include:
- Recommendation of the appropriate products in relation to customer’s needs
- Identifying customers for process media
- Establishing customer’s relationship, trust and confidence by identifying decision makers and supporting them
- Technical and scientific customer assistance in order to solve problems in terms of separation issues
- Price negotiations with customers, closing orders
- Providing accurate forecasts and competitive information
- Building a pipeline list and keeping it up to date
- Working closely together with HQ in Germany on Sales and Marketing activities
- Working continuously on acquiring chromatography knowledge to be an equivalent partner for customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and communication with company management
Profile:
- Masters degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biotechnology
- Knowledge of protein purification
- Preferably commercial experience in the field of chromatography
- Sales and customer oriented attitude
- Excellent English
- Relationship builder
- MS Office excellence
- Excellent communication skills; active communication of business development or strategic ideas
- Pro-active approach
- Self starter, Self-driven, self-motivation
- Willingness to travel
